Marcia Gay Harden
Marcia Gay Harden, born on August 14, 1959, in La Jolla (California), was the third daughter of five. Beverly Bushfield was her mother. She, worked as a housewife as Thad Harold Harden fought employed in the military. Her family moved frequently. As they travelled to Greece her interest grew with theater and went to Athens performances. Harden studied at American universities across Europe and then came back to the US in 1983, to complete her degree at the University of Texas. She earned an MFA from NYU and started her acting career. Miller's Crossing was the Coen Brothers humorous homage of the 1990 gangster film, Miller's Crossing. Although Harden had appeared in movies in the year 1986 (in The Imagemaker, a lesser-known film The Imagemaker), she was a sexy female lead in her first mainstream performance. Harden was praised for her stunning performance as Verna who was a seductive and trouble-making female. Harden also played supporting roles. She played Ava Gardner, a TV biopic on Frank Sinatra.
