Jill Hennessy
Her multi-ethnic heritage includes Irish, Italians, Swedishs as well as French and Ukrainians. Jacqueline is her twin sister. She is also an actor. Jill was fluent in several languages during her growing years. They comprised Italian, French, and Spanish. After the age of 12, she became fascinated by acting. The path to acting began in Toronto when she played an escort for David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers, along with her younger sister. She then studied improv-comedy at Second City with Deb Kimmet. The actress relocated in New York two years later and signed a contract be the character of assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit show that has been running for a long time Law & Order. In 2001, she was offered her first lead role on the crime-themed NBC series Crossing Jordan and in 2007 she took home a Gracie Allen award as "Outstanding Female lead in an Drama Series" for her work in the series. She got married in 2000 to the actor who played her Paolo Mastropietro. The couple has two children. In 2007, she was awarded the honour of being included at the Canadian Walk of Fame.
