Her multi-ethnic heritage includes Irish, Italians, Swedishs as well as French and Ukrainians. Jacqueline is her twin sister. She is also an actor. She got married in 2000 to the actor who played her Paolo Mastropietro. The couple has two children. In 2007, she was awarded the honour of being included at the Canadian Walk of Fame.
